Do you do commission work? 


Yes! I have a commission tab in the menu above where you can learn more about the commission process, and inquire about your custom painting. I can't wait to hear what you have in mind!

I'd like to buy an original painting, how can I do that? 


The original works listed on this site are completely up to date. I have a painting release system, where I will release a series of paintings into the shop all at once, and all originals are sold on a "first come" basis. If you don't find what you're looking for, reach out to me directly to inquire about a custom piece.

 

I may add a few random paintings here and there, but best way to keep up with me is to follow me on Instagram at @creativecampbell - I update this almost daily with new works and updates on upcoming releases! You can also sign up for my email list via the subscribers box on my contact page.

How will my art be shipped?

All artwork will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority unless otherwise requested. All canvas artworks will be wrapped with a layer of bubblewrap, though framed works will also have extra layers of cushion. All watercolors and prints will ship in flat cardboard envelopes, and will be enclosed in poly sleeves for additional protection from the elements. Large paper orders may be rolled and shipped in packing tubes as a way to ensure they arrive safely and without creases. Stickers will be shipped via USPS unless ordered with an additional item.

Shipping costs are calculated based on size of the artwork, and are added as a flat charge at checkout. If your selected shipping address does not fall within the provided estimate, this estimate may be altered to cover the costs accurately. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Sure! If you are an international Bailey Campbell Art fan and are interested in purchasing work, please reach out to me via email with your inquiry. The shipping process and costs listed on my website will not be the same, so we'll discuss these details on an individual basis.

Do you allow local pick-up for originals? 


Of course! There is an option at checkout for you to opt out of shipping. Please email me to coordinate a time for you to pick up your painting in Amesbury, MA versus shipping it. If you would like to pick up your print directly from my local partner in Belmont, MA, please reach out directly to me.

What is the best way to pay you?

My website is fully equipped to accept debit/credit cards! However, I am happy to accept venmo if that is preferable, and can be located by searching @creativecampbell.

What is your return or exchange policy if I decide I don't want my artwork?


I do not allow returns or exchanges on prints or originals unless damaged during shipping. If you're concerned about color, please email me for more photos of the artwork if you'd like to see different photos. I'd be happy to send them!
